How did it begin?
It was a very long time ago when our relationship with wine and gastronomy began to take shape, and our fondness for delicious wine and culinary art accompanies us at home and on trips throughout our lives. As well as the desire to learn and discover and share experiences with friends who are as enthusiastic as we are. The gradual acquaintance with white, rose and red wines began of course in southern Moravia, and continued with the discovery of wine regions and wines of the new and old world during our travels. A very varied and vast world that cannot be covered in not one, but even several human lives. All we had to do was to gradually start concentrating only on certain areas, and so very soon it was decided that our interest and efforts to penetrate into deeper knowledge would focus on France.
Beyond the borders - France
A country with a rich history and many wine regions, a long-term shaped classification of wines, which is different for each region. Wines that are different every year and need their time to mature. With the passage of time, we had to move our hobby to a more formal level, and thus the company Le bouquet s.r.o. was established in 2010, which began to further develop our relations, which had been personal and friendly until then, on a business and professional level.
Regions
In our early days, we devoted a lot of time to wines from Bordeaux, but gradually we moved more and more from the western tip of France to the interior - to Burgundy. The varieties of Pinot noir and Chardonnay from local vineyards enchanted us as much as life in this region, and thus began a long-term cooperation with our suppliers. Our offer of wines from these two most important regions, which crystallized over several years, is then complemented by wines from the Champagne and southern Rhone regions. Quite deliberately four different regions, different wines and different stories.
Friendly attitude
As our selection gradually emerged and developed, so did the group of our friends and customers and business partners. Today, these are mainly private clients from different corners of our country, with whom we share our joy while maintaining the maximum possible individual approach in solving their needs and wishes. Of course, we also deliver wines to restaurants and friendly companies, so you can meet them not only in our wine shop or on our menu. Thanks to the cooperation with the company Messenger, we can deliver the wines you choose safely almost anywhere. We look forward to meeting you with a glass of good French wine, preferably in our wine cellar!
