Chambolle-Musigny Domaine Drouhin-Laroze comes from two small plots located in the immediate vicinity of Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares. The winery cultivates 0.18 hectares in Premier Cru Les Baudes below Bonnes-Mares and 0.04 hectares in the part of Les Véroilles classified as Village, which lies above this Grand Cru.

Les Baudes was planted in 2000 and Les Véroilles in 1981. Hard Jurassic limestone and stony, well-drained soils contribute to the precise and energetic character of the wine. A significant proportion of grapes from Premier Cru Les Baudes also brings greater depth and structure than is typical for Chambolle-Musigny Village. The result is an elegant, focused wine that beautifully showcases the finer side of the Domaine Drouhin-Laroze style.
