Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes comes from two plots, Gamaires and Drazey, with a total area of approximately 0.30 hectares. Vines more than fifty years old grow here on clay-loam soils.

The old vines give the wine depth, while the origin of both plots promotes a softer and more approachable version of Chambolle-Musigny. In Hubert Lignier's portfolio, it thus represents a more elegantly structured village wine that can be appreciated already in its younger vintages.
