The white Hautes-Côtes de Beaune comes from three hectares of Chardonnay vines that the family planted during the gradual expansion of the winery. The approximately thirty-year-old vines grow on stony clay-limestone soils with an ochre hue.

The wine ferments and ages exclusively in stainless steel tanks, thus retaining a pure, fresh expression without the influence of oak. In the Domaine Henri Delagrange portfolio, it represents a straightforward Chardonnay focused on the varietal and the character of the higher-altitude vineyards.
